From Big Ideas to Work That Lasts
I’ll make the mess make sense.
I’m the consultant leaders call when the work is meaningful, messy, and too important to wing. For twenty years, I’ve helped impact-driven organizations and companies turn big ideas into models people can carry across humanitarian systems, economic development, and climate resilience. I love the moment when a leader says, “I know this matters, but I can’t quite see how it all fits together yet.” That’s usually where our best work begins.
I help build work to outlast you.
My career has led me to serve leaders across 45+ countries — scaling movements from 10 to 80+ teams across eight global regions, building networks that supported 100+ community development initiatives, advising economic development frameworks, and raising millions in capital and donations. Most recently, I’ve worked at the intersection of carbon removal, soil restoration, and food security. In every context, my work begins the same way: I listen closely, name what’s working, structure what’s emerging, and help leaders move people from participation to ownership.
I serve with my heart, mind, & soul.
For me, this work is personal. Meeting my adopted son’s birth family in Ethiopia — and seeing how famine, drought, and short-lived development efforts shape real families — deepened my conviction that communities deserve work built with them, not simply delivered to them. I work with leaders building solutions rooted in human well-being, dignity, and long-term ownership. I bring field-tested implementation wisdom, business model discipline, movement-building instincts, and a deep love for helping communities build their future.
