You write: A paragraph is enough. Two sentences is enough. Tell me what you're working on, what's pressing, and what you're hoping for. If a mutual friend sent you, mention them.

I write back within 3 - 5 business days — usually with a couple of questions and a link to book a 20-minute fit call.

We have a 20-minute conversation: I'm listening for three things: whether your work is in territory I know well, whether the timing is right, and whether we'd actually enjoy walking together.

By the end of the call, I'll tell you honestly what I think. Sometimes I'm the right person, and we go forward. Sometimes someone else in my network is a better fit, and I point you in their direction. Both are good outcomes.

If we fit, we shape the work. It always looks like one of three things:
→ A quick-hit intensive when you need focused work on something bounded.
→ A year-long advisory when you're carrying something for the long arc. → A speaking engagement when you want me in front of your team, board, or audience.
